Allergy Profile – Food (Veg + NonVeg) is a broad food allergy screen covering both plant-derived and animal-derived allergens in one panel — grains and lentils, nuts, fruits and vegetables, egg, fish, shellfish and meats.
This is the right choice when food reactions are real but the trigger is unclear: hives after dinner without a pattern, a child with eczema and stomach upsets, or family meals where several dishes could be responsible. Instead of an elimination diet by guesswork, one blood sample maps your IgE response across the whole plate.
The draw happens at your home in a slot you choose, and the report lists every allergen tested with its reaction grade. Work with your doctor to interpret the grades — mild positives sometimes matter less than the history, and the goal is always the smallest diet change that keeps you well.
If your diet includes both, choose this combined profile — reactions do not respect diet categories, and a single draw covers everything. Pure vegetarians can choose the vegetarian-only panel.
